2016 Indoor Training Information


Each month from January - March there will be twice-weekly training (each session is 60 minutes, with individuals arriving 15 minutes prior)

·         Tuesdays 7:45PM to 8:45PM

·         Saturdays 12:00 Noon to 1:00PM

·         4 weeks in March.
